Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, aiming to generate AED 50,000 in sales revenue per month.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations of Fresh Bite Paprika's offerings, promotions, and unique selling points to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients to maximize sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit timely sales reports, including pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics, to management for review and analysis.
  • Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Local UAE experience is highly desired, with a solid understanding of the market and customer dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and closing skills, coupled with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license (bike or car) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
